Muscoda Man Faces Child Porn And Meth Charges

A Muscoda man faces multiple counts of possessing child pornography after authorities executed a search warrant last week. According to a report from the Muscoda Police Department, 40-year-old Justin Lenz was arrested on 3 counts of possession of child pornography. He was also arrested on a charge of possession of meth. Law enforcement agencies say the charges stem from a lengthy investigation. During their search, officials also found marijuana and arrested 35-year-old Ashley Chapel of Muscoda. She faces a charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana within 1,000-feet of a park and maintaining a drug house. Muscoda Police were assisted by the Richland Center Police Department, Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation, Grant County Sheriff’s Office, and Avoca Police Department.
