Director At Arboretum and Botanical Gardens To Retire

The executive director of the Dubuque Arboretum & Botanical Gardens will retire this fall. A release says that Sandi Helgerson will retire effective October 31st. Helgerson has been with the Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens since December of 2012.
