Man Arrested On Domestic Assault Charges

Dubuque Police arrested 32 year old Christopher Carter of Dubuque Tuesday on charges of domestic assault with injury, child endangerment and obstruction of emergency communication. A report says Carter assaulted 27 year old Sheyanna Carter in the presence of their 6-year-old daughter.
