Eight people have been elected to serve on the Dubuque County Fair Association Board. Incumbents Daryl Biechler, Bill Watters, Terry Waller, Angie Sigwarth and Jerry Sigwarth were re-elected, while newcomers Megan Gronau, David Orr and Claire Siegert were elected to join the board. The other candidates who ran in the election were incumbent Matt Oberhoffer and challengers Brian Fitting, Sam McCarron and John Paul Shepard.
