A 17-year-old from Dubuque has had his trial moved back a month after a judge granted a continuance. Records show Isaiah Bogovich was set to go to trial next week (Dec 3) – but it’s now been rescheduled to begin January 7th. Bogovich faces 10 charges for two different shootings less than a week apart in July. He’s been charged with attempted murder, reckless use of a firearm, two counts of intimidation, two counts of going armed with intent, two counts of 1st-degree harassment and two counts of carrying weapons. Bogovich has pled not guilty to the charges.
