Two people from Dubuque were arrested in two separate incidents Monday. 41 year old Jessica Erickson was arrested just before midnight on a warrant charging possession of heroin with intent to deliver. Earlier, 39 year old Michael Wissing was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
