Police say a Dubuque woman threatened her husband with two knives and sprayed her 13 year old son with lighter fluid Tuesday night during a disturbance. 39 year old Charlette Blount was arrested Tuesday night at her residence on charges of domestic assault while displaying a weapon, assault while displaying a weapon and child endangerment. A report says police responded at about 10:20 p.m. Tuesday to Blount’s residence after receiving a report of a woman swinging knives at the occupants of the residence.
