Dubuque Man Arrested On Sex Charges

A Dubuque man is accused of having sexual contact with a child younger than 10. 24 year old Kim Andot of Dubuque was arrested Friday near the intersection of Dodge and Locust streets on a warrant charging one count of lascivious acts and two counts of indecent contact with a child. A report says Andot had multiple instances of sexual contact with the child, whom he knew, in 2020. The incident came to light this past summer, and a warrant for Andot’s arrest was issued last Friday.
