One Person Injured in One Vehicle Crash in Jo Daviess County

One person was injured in a rollover crash Saturday morning in Jo Daviess County. 19 year old Alisha Bennett was taken by ambulance to Midwest Medical Center in Galena for treatment. According to the Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, the crash occurred at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday on West Stagecoach Trail approximately a quarter-mile south of West Council Road. A report says Bennett was traveling south when she lost control of her vehicle due to icy road conditions. The vehicle skidded off the roadway and rolled over onto its roof.
