Dubuque Police arrested 26 year old Justin Peters of Dubuque Wednesday night at his residence on a charge of assault with injury. A report says Peters assaulted 30 year old Trent Fabila-Gassman of Preston, Iowa, on Wednesday morning at Peters’ residence.
