Buol Honored By U.S. Global Leadership Coalition

Dubuque’s recently retired mayor was among the honorees of a tribute this week by a nonprofit organization devoted to strengthening America’s international affairs. Roy Buol was among 90 U.S. mayors honored by the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition for their work in strengthening local communities. The mayors were honored during a virtual celebration held Tuesday.
