Dubuque Police say one person was injured Wednesday when a driver failed to stop at a stop sign and caused a crash in Dubuque. 28 year old Adam Young of Dubuque was injured but declined treatment at the scene. According to a crash report, the crash happened at about 6:10 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West 11th and Main Streets. Young was southbound on Main Street while 31 year old Adam Sellers of Hixson, Tennessee was eastbound on West 11th Street. Sellers failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection, which caused Young to hit Sellers’ vehicle. Sellers was cited with failure to obey a stop or yield sign.
