Deputies with the Dubuque County Sheriff’s department arrested 23 year old Tyler Peters of Bellevue on Wednesday at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds on charges of domestic assault and fifth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies report that Peters assaulted 23 year old Madison Crist of Maquoketa at the fairgrounds.
