Dubuque Woman Injured When Vehicle Runs Over Her Foot

Dubuque police said a woman was injured when a vehicle was driven over her foot in Dubuque. 52 year old Angela Hardin of Dubuque was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment. According to police, 49 year old Christy Welp of Dubuque pulled out of a private driveway onto John F. Kennedy Road directly across from John F. Kennedy Circle Wednesday afternoon when her vehicle was driven over Hardin’s foot. Hardin had been walking toward the entrance of a private driveway.
