Dubuque Police say a burglary took place involving a Dubuque business on Cedar Cross Road. Westphal & Co. reported a burglary occurred resulting in the theft of $1,000 worth of copper wire between 3pm Saturday and 9am Monday from a construction site on Windsor Avenue.
