A second incumbent has filed paperwork to run for reelection to the Dubuque Community School Board. Lisa Wittman filed Wednesday to seek one of four available four-year terms on the board in the upcoming November 7 election. In addition to Wittman, those seats currently are held by Tami Ryan, Jim Prochaska and Kate Parks. If elected, Wittman would begin her third term on the school board. She is the fourth candidate to file to run for the board, following Kate Parks and newcomers Cynthia “Cindy” Mueller and Dirk Hamel, who filed their paperwork Monday.
