A rainy forecast is prompting organizers of Dubuque & All That Jazz to move the event indoors. The Dubuque Main Street music event will be held at Five Flags Arena, rather than Town Clock Plaza, due to forecasted rain and possible thunderstorms. The event is still slated to begin at 5 p.m. Friday with the same lineup.
