UW-Platteville professor to present on tribal sovereignty at Sinsinawa Mound

Sinsinawa Mound Center will host a discussion about Indigenous History in the Driftless presented by a UW-Platteville professor in August.  Indigenous History of the Driftless: What You Thought You Knew is presented by Dr. Eugene Tesdahl from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville Department of History and Social Sciences. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. and will discuss tribal sovereignty and the Treaty of Prairie du Chien. The event is free and open to the public. RSVP by calling the Mound or online at sinsinawa.org/moundcenter/events.
