Police Arrest Dubuque Man For Mischief and Probation Violations

Dubuque Police arrested 22 year old Devon Goodman of Dubuque on Wednesday on a charge of fifth-degree mischief and probation violations, as well as a warrant charging voluntary absence from custody.
