Authorities have identified the Dubuque resident who was killed Saturday in a Delaware County crash. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. Saturday on Highway 20 near Earlville. The victim was identified as 24-year-old Jacob Gill of Dubuque. Two Iowa City residents were injured in the incident and transported by Earlville Fire and EMS to Regional Medical Center in Manchester. The report states a 21-year-old from La Motte was driving eastbound on Highway 20 and struck two cars that were parked on the shoulder, as well Gill.
